Delete acquires Waterjet Karlstad: “A strategically important decision.”

The full-service provider of environmental services Delete Sweden AB buys Waterjet Karlstad from European Hydro Demolition AB. The company thereby strengthens its presence in the Karlstad region.

– Availability and service are important in our business. With more employees and equipment in the region, we come closer to our customers and can offer even better service. We are stronger together, “says Lars-Gunnar Almryd, MD of Delete in Sweden.

“With the acquisition, we get a strong hold in Karlstad, a geographically important location where we have many of our industrial customers. Increased resources in the area mean we can offer an additional level of service in industrial cleaning. Waterjet Karlstad is a reputable company with professional employees. We are pleased to welcome them to Delete,” says Lars-Gunnar Almryd.

“This is a good deal for Waterjet Karlstad. We are extremely pleased that we found a buyer who wants to continue working on further development and growth in the region,” says Tomas Ã…berg, CEO and owner of selling European Hydro Demolition AB.

Customers first choice
“We want to be the customers first choice in choosing a supplier of environmental services in the Nordic region. The acquisition of Waterjet Karlstad is a strategically important decision, which means that we now associate with more competent employees who can contribute to our growth as a leading Nordic supplier of industrial cleaning. The acquisition also consolidates our position in central Sweden.” says Tommi Kajasoja CEO Delete Group Oyj.

Since the establishment in 2010, Delete has acquired more than 35 companies. Through these acquisitions and organic growth in both Finland and Sweden, the company has taken the position as the leading provider in the Nordic region of industrial cleaning and demolition services.

Waterjet Karlstad is engaged in industrial cleaning and today has its customers mainly in the industrial sector. In 2017, Waterjet Karlstad had a revenue of 2.2 meur (22,6 msek). Through the acquisition Delete welcomes 12 new employees.
